Memoher is an AI-powered emotional companion application that provides conversational experiences with AI characters. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and does not involve real human interaction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Memoher. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Account Registration

Access to Memoher requires an invite code and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
Share your invite code publicly or sell access to the Service
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or the development team

6. AI-Generated Content

All responses from Memoher are generated by artificial intelligence. The AI characters are fictional and do not represent real people. AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

7. Memory and Data

Memoher stores conversation data and extracted memories to provide a personalized experience. This data is used solely to improve your interactions with the AI and is not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

The Memoher name, logo, character designs, and all associated content are the property of Memoher. You retain ownership of any personal content you share during conversations, but grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Service Availability

Memoher is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memoher and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress arising from AI interactions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
