- Relationship data — intimacy scores and mode preferences that track your interaction progression

- Usage analytics — anonymous page views and session data collected via Plausible Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies, GDPR compliant)
- IP address — temporarily processed for rate limiting and security purposes, not stored long-term

We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Memoher service
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Generate personalized AI responses based on your conversation history and extracted memories
- Track your relationship progression with AI characters

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with the following protections:
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Database access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies
- Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with magic link tokens
- API endpoints are protected by authentication middleware

- Account data — retained as long as your account is active
- Conversation history — retained as long as your account is active to provide the memory feature
- Waitlist emails — retained until invite codes are sent, then deleted
- Rate limiting logs — automatically purged after 24 hours
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Delete your data — request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your data — request your conversation history and memories in a portable format
- Withdraw consent — stop using the Service at any time

Memoher uses only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookie-free.

Memoher is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction (including the United States) where our infrastructure providers operate. By using Memoher, you consent to such transfers. We ensure that all third-party providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.
